Customized car charging pile distribution cabinet for Philippine customers to demonstrate the strength of the automation industry

The distribution cabinet will be used in the customer's local car charging pile system to provide reliable power guarantee for new energy vehicle charging. This customization project not only meets the customer's personalized needs, but also fully demonstrates our professional design capabilities and industry-leading level in the field of automation.
This Philippine customer has a relatively wide layout in the local new energy vehicle charging field, and its charging pile system has special requirements for the performance, adaptability and safety of the distribution cabinet. Taking into account the local power environment, climatic conditions and the specific parameters of the customer's charging pile, we have established a special customized design team, from early communication to solution design, and then to production and manufacturing, to maintain close contact with customers throughout the process.
In terms of customized design, the team first conducted an in-depth investigation of the local power supply characteristics in the Philippines. In view of the relatively large voltage fluctuations in the local power grid, a more accurate voltage regulation module was added to the distribution cabinet to ensure that even in the case of unstable voltage, a stable power output can be provided for the charging pile. At the same time, the local high temperature and high humidity climate environment puts higher requirements on the heat dissipation and moisture-proof performance of the equipment. We use special heat dissipation ducts in the structural design of the distribution cabinet and select components with good moisture-proof performance, which effectively improves the operation stability of the distribution cabinet in extreme environments.
In addition, according to the intelligent management needs of the customer's charging pile system, we integrated an advanced automatic control system for the distribution cabinet. The system can realize real-time monitoring, data collection and analysis of the power usage of the charging pile, and can realize intelligent operation of the distribution cabinet through the remote control platform, such as remote closing and opening, etc., which greatly improves the management efficiency and operation and maintenance convenience of the customer's charging pile system.
